Any damaged items must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact me in the first instance if you wish to return an item. I am happy to refund/exchange your item if it is returned in perfect condition. Please keep the cellophane wrapping on the product and carefully package the item for return. Proof of postage is recommended
